Shaun received a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a Professional Masters in Physical Therapy. During her thirty plus years working in the health and wellness industry, she has helped thousands of clients and patients in a variety of settings. Additionally, throughout her career Shaun has held half-a-dozen fitness certifications and has even taught a NCCA accredited personal training certification course offered through World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) in conjunction with Chesapeake Community College. In 2021, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher trainer and currently teaches part of a 200- hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training. She is also the author of No Excuses Building Better Bodies One Habit at a Time available through Amazon. Passionate about promoting health and wellness, Shaun's mission is to help her patients and clients get strong, healthy, lean and fit so that they can be the best version of themselves.
