Shaun received a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a Professional Masters in Physical Therapy. During her thirty plus years working in the health and wellness industry, she has helped thousands of clients and patients in a variety of settings. Additionally, throughout her career Shaun has held half-a-dozen fitness certifications and has even taught a NCCA accredited personal training certification course offered through World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) in conjunction with Chesapeake Community College.  In 2021, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher trainer and currently teaches part of a 200- hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training. She is also the author of No Excuses Building Better Bodies One Habit at a Time available through Amazon. Passionate about promoting health and wellness, Shaun's mission is to help her patients and clients get strong, healthy, lean and fit so that they can be the best version of themselves.

  • Almost thirty years of experience working as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist with experience treating patients across the lifespan with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to osteoarthritis, disc bulges and herniations, stenosis, scoliosis, facet syndrome, degenerative disc disease, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, rotator cuff pathology, labral tear, ACL/PCL/MCL sprain and tear, meniscal injury, patellofemoral syndrome/injury, fractures, carpal tunnel and other hand/wrist pathologies, medial and lateral epicondylitis, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), balance dysfunction, gait abnormalities, general deconditioning, stroke, total joint replacements, myofascial pain, chronic pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, Achilles tendon rupture, tendinitis, bursitis and tendinopathy related to all joints, posture dysfunction, whiplash, and many, many more
  • Experience dealing with complex patients with multiple comorbidities including cancer, heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, autoimmune disorders, HBP, diabetes, and many more
