The accountability group is perfect for anyone who needs or wants a little extra help finding and implementing strategies that promote a lean, strong, and healthy body. It's also a great opportunity for those who want to learn more about the behaviors that support lasting leanness. The diet/calorie restriction culture is built around quick but temporary fixes which have left most people fatter not fitter. Historically, most weight-loss strategies, even if they result in weight loss, have a 95% regain rate. This group is about getting beyond all the noise, the fads, and the quick fixes by learning what to do and why you need to do it, and then implementing those behaviors. People often struggle because they have an ineffective strategy, are unable to implement the strategy, or both. The accountability group is about showing up consistently with a plan that supports long-term success. It's about the process, and it's about building those habits that support a lean, strong and health body.
