​While they can certainly be eaten raw right off the bush, blueberries can also be frozen for a quick, tasty treat. They are often added to fruit medley, mixed with yogurt, or incorporated into your favorite whole grain pancake or muffin recipe. They can also be cooked down in a saucepan, making a healthier alternative to pancake syrup.
