I started the #everyonedeserves health initiative with the goal of making health and wellness more accessible to everyone. If there is one thing my years in the health, wellness, and the medical profession have taught me, it is that being healthy doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, it's quite simple even if it's not always easy.

The fitness/wellness industry is a 50 billion dollar industry, that continues to make money off making wellness more complicated and a lot more expensive than it needs to be. Unfortunately, historically, these programs only offer short-term success if they offer success at all. And think about it. Ultimately, they profit from our failures. One product, pill, lotion, potion, diet, exercise program after another promises to be the solution we've all been waiting for. Only they're simply repackaged versions of previous programs that have failed us.

I want everyone out there to understand that being healthy, being fit, achieving a healthy weight, doesn't have to be a struggle. The key is to adopt healthy behaviors, which often means tuning out or sorting through all the conflicting voices and information. 

In addition to FREE community lectures, I offer a FREE online exercise group. I am also working hard to provide community programming at a price that everyone can afford.
