What is manual therapy?


​Pain can be a debilitating experience, especially chronic pain such as chronic headaches, back pain, and/or arthritic pain of the joints. When we hurt, it impacts every aspect of our lives from our families to our jobs to our leisure activities. Furthermore, individuals living with pain often find it hard to move which in turn leads to a cascade of complications including weight gain, decreased stamina, difficulty sleeping, depression, and a poorer quality of life.
