Think you don't have time to exercise? Think again.

Join Shaun on Facebook everyday or any day for a 10-minute workout you can do anytime, anywhere. No equipment necessary. Part of her #everyonedeserveshealth initiative, the group was designed to help participants ditch the excuses and start moving. Workouts are meant to be fun, and while not every workout will be appropriate for everybody, Shaun does her best to provide options/levels so that every "body" no matter abilities or limitations can participate. 

In addition to the daily workout, you also have the option to try a workout from the library of previous posted workouts or you can choose to spend the 10 minutes marching in place, step touching, or walking. The idea is to get moving for at least 10 minutes, period!

It's a private group, so only group members see who is in the group. We currently have members from several different states, so you don't have to be local to participate. 

And remember, it's always a good idea to speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
